Sponsors and Exhibitors General Information

On behalf of The American Academy of Cardiovascular Perfusion I would like to thank you for your interest in becoming a Corporate Sponsoring Member or Exhibitor for the Annual Seminar this upcoming February 1-4, 2023, in Savannah, Georgia at The Desoto Savannah Hotel.

The purpose of the Academy is to encourage and stimulate investigation and study which will increase the knowledge of cardiovascular perfusion, to correlate and disseminate such knowledge. All scientific presentations are submitted to the journal Perfusion, for consideration for publication. The American Academy is limited to 200 Fellows and consists of a large percentage of Chief Perfusionists.

The annual meeting consists of special scientific panel sessions, scientific paper sessions, small group discussions called fireside chats and a hands-on workshop.

The Hands-On Workshop is a two-and-one-half hour workshop during which time we ask each Sponsoring Member and exhibitor to display their newest product or device. It is a casual atmosphere where perfusionists can obtain a better understanding of the product directly from the manufacturer in a hands-on setting. Sponsoring Members will be aligned around the room. This should not be an exhibit of the manufacturer’s entire product line. We ask that you limit it to one or two of your newest products.

We have two levels of support with numerous new features for our industry partners.
